The body of an 81 year old woman was found Friday November 22 near Blois in a travel bag in a forest, his face swollen. Son neighbor, main suspectwas indicted this Sunday, November 24 for intentional homicide of a vulnerable person. He was placed in pre-trial detention.
The man continues to deny his involvement in this barbaric murder. The Blois prosecutor nevertheless revealed new elements against himin particular that the victim's cleaning lady, the last person to have seen her alive, explained to the police that the old lady had planned to go up to her neighbor's house one evening. She wanted to bring up a recurring conflict over water damage again. That same evening, the octogenarian's phone stopped transmitting.
Of the the day afterthe police were called to disturbing disappearance and knocked, unsuccessfully, on the neighbor's door. He only reappeared three days later, at the police station, to be surprised by the seals on the door to his apartment. The 35-year-old man was then taken into police custody.
Il continues to deny any involvement and claims to have discovered the victim's body at her home and proceed to clean up the blood as well as transport the corpse for fear of reprisals from the murderer. A version that is not very credible for the investigators. The suspect was therefore indicted for intentional homicide. Unknown to justicehis family indicated that he had spent a stay in a psychiatric hospital in 2009 and thathe could be out of care.
