Violent attack during the night from Saturday to Sunday in the 18th arrondissement of the capital. Three men were injured at the home of one of them, in an HLM building in the Goutte d'or district, during an attack whose contours remain particularly vague.
Around 9:40 p.m., the police were called to rue Jean-Robert to break up a brawl in a building. In the common areas, the police discovered three injured people, already taken care of by the emergency services. Two of them were transported to Lariboisière hospital to treat their head wounds. One of them, hit in the face – obviously with a hammer – is more seriously injured. The third victim, who only had bruises, refused to get into the ambulance.
According to the first elements collected on site, five or six hooded men, including one carrying a weapon which could be a hammer, knocked a little earlier on the door of an apartment located on the fifth floor. When the tenant opens the door, he is immediately attacked and beaten. Neighbors and family members who live on the fourth and third floors, alerted by the noise, come to his rescue. A three-on-five fight breaks out. They all suffered blows before the hooded gang fled.
The investigation, entrusted to the 18th century police station, will have to clarify the causes and scenario of this violent attack. The victims must be summoned to the police station in the coming hours to file a complaint and provide any explanations on the context in which this story takes place.
