Following the publication, on Wednesday, of our article entitled “Aux Mouisseques, a residence takes on water, the residents exasperated”, Nicolas Bonfanti, director of the Sagec agency, who had the work carried out, provides some answers .
Firstly, he indicates that “the company which carried out the waterproofing of the buildings was liquidated shortly after the delivery of the residence. But as soon as we became aware of the problems (roof leaks, Editor’s note), we asked the trustee to make the works damage insurance declarations as soon as possible. Expertises were carried out and work carried out by the insurance company on one of the three buildings. Despite this, work must be resumed. Concerning the two other buildings, reports have been submitted by the insurance company, the costing of the work is in progress for the insurer to take charge of immediately afterwards.
Nicolas Bonfanti also claims to be “in regular contact with the trustee and the members of the union council (even if the insurance has taken over) to (keep) informed of the progress of things”.
Concerning the problem of mailboxes (models intended to be installed indoors but which were installed outside), the director indicates that “We have committed, since learning of this disorder, to resuming them at the beginning of next year.”
