In Lyon, the wind wreaks havoc on the tram lines of the TCL network

Since Monday morning, storm Bert has disrupted public transport traffic in the Metropolis. At the end of the day, trams are particularly affected.

While several immediate emergency measures have been deployed in the territory of the Lyon Metropolis in response to storm Bert, traffic on the TCL network remains very disrupted. Falling trees caused by strong gusts of wind are preventing several lines from circulating.

The T2 tram line runs in two parts, indicates TCL traffic information: from Hôtel de Région Montrochet to Grange Blanche, then from Hôtel de Ville- to Saint-Priest Bel Air. The stations from Ambroise Paré to Boutasse-Camille Rousset are no longer served in both directions of traffic. The return to normal should be at 8 p.m. In the meantime, relay buses are being set up.
