According to a file notified to the Competition Authority on Thursday June 27, Beaumanoir wants to take over eleven businesses currently labeled Des Marques et Vous in order to operate them with its own brands. Among them: Cache Cache, Bréal, Bonobo, Morgan and Caroll. Contacted, the management of the Breton group, which has a turnover of 2.3 billion euros in 2023 and a workforce of 15,000 employees, confirms that it “is considering positioning itself on an offer to take over points of sale. sale” of the ex-Devianne.

The deal comes after Des marques et vous was placed in receivership on May 27. Management had then announced that the northern brand, which was the subject of a continuation plan after a receivership in 2020, was authorized to continue its activity for another three months, in particular to find a buyer for all or part of its 36 points of sale. The group employs 400 employees, including 360 in stores.
Speaking to Le Télégramme, Beaumanoir indicated that the deadline for submitting offers to the Lille commercial court is set for Wednesday, July 3. Without specifying which stores he wants to buy, he explained that “the cells concerned are positioned in locations that would allow the group to continue its territorial coverage.” “Employees who have an employment contract attached to these stores would be retained,” he added.
Very present in Hauts-de-France and in the East, Des marques et vous (€70 million turnover in 2023) has two stores in Brittany, in Brest and Langueux (22), next to Saint -Brieuc. Clearance operations have been launched throughout France and on the internet.
