The site employs 49 employees in Saint-Brandan, in Côtes-d'Armor. The Harris group, which includes the Le Briochin brand, is restructuring at the national level and transferring its activity located south of Saint-Brieuc to Hauts-de-France.

Local production should gradually decline between March 2025, with an estimated stoppage in summer 2025, “in consultation with employee representatives”, specified to West Francethe group's general director, François-Xavier Apostolo.
