The majority of disaster cases come from the Morges region. “But damage has also been announced in the North of Vaud, in Orbe, Champvent and Auberson for example,” added Rafael Stuker.

The ECA teams are mobilized to provide information and support affected policyholders. In this period of sudden storms that are difficult to localize in advance, the insurance company recalls some precautionary measures such as closing doors and windows, securing exterior equipment and cleaning drain grilles, or even turning off electrical installations by basement.
