The Locmaria-Grand-Champ municipal council was held on Monday June 24 in the town hall with a limited agenda. The canteen prices for the 2024-2025 school year were unanimously approved. The contract with the catering company Convivio was renewed until August 31, 2025. “Taking into account the various increases, it is appropriate to reassess the price of the meal charged to families. The increase only takes into account that of the service provider. We have not passed on the increases in the cost of energy, labor, etc.,” explains Martine Lohézic, mayor. The meal will cost €4.40 for children and €5.05 for adults.
Village numbering
As part of the deployment of optical fiber in the municipality, each home must be referenced by a standardized address and a number and name of a road or locality. “The municipality will provide the plates with the numbering to the homes,” explains the mayor.
Membership of the municipality in the “Abandoned waste” group
As part of the support agreement for the fight against abandoned waste proposed by Citéo, GMVA (Golfe du Morbihan Vannes agglomeration) will coordinate the support with the municipalities involved. An agreement is signed between the intercommunality and Locmaria-Grand-Champ. “This is what we were already doing with the agents to fight against wild litter. Now there will be help from GMVA,” concludes Lionel Ulvoa, first deputy.
