The very complete local team for once only collected one point against the Tarn-et-Garonnaise team of Cazes-Mondenard made up of very athletic elements and very, very physical play. Type of team that hasn’t been successful for local teams for decades. However, favorable situations could have tipped the balance to the local side, especially in the second half. Because during the first act, the locals attempted some good actions, with a fair last pass, precise but poorly measured (often too strong). The new, technical player, who was in his second match, on the right wing this time, had too much of a tendency to come back inside instead of rushing past as would have been more appropriate. On the other wing, Samory Ndiaye, double scorer at Cahors, had difficulty resisting shoulder to shoulder. So less support and support for center forward Ibou Camara. In the second half, the sharp rises of Daniel Temba, sometimes of Christ Konan, found at times, and especially of Alexis Dogue made it possible to shake up the visiting defense. The last named also equalized in this way (54°) and missed the winning goal by a hair (close to the post, 81°). Already, his first and only incursion, in the first half (28th) could have made it possible to equalize, because the first nets to shake had been those of Bassin when, following two successive slips in defense, the only shot on target (a nice cross, 26°), rewarded the visitors. The latter, a little less energetic in the second, locals more precise in the dosages, this could have made it possible to collect the 3 points but the local attempts will have stumbled on a defensive energy of Cazes-Mondenard never abandoned or on an impeccable goalkeeper or even on a too soft header from Ndiaye or an Ibou/keeper duel won by the latter.
In the other matches, congratulations to the U11s (2 big victories), to the U13s A and B (1 v. 1 l). Defeat of the U15s and the JSBA II which did not have all its elements, once again.
