Twist in the investigation into the murder of young Bilal committed on the terrace of a kebab in Saumur (Maine-et-Loire) Monday June 3. The suspected shooter and driver, actively sought, were arrested in Tours and then placed in police custody.
Gunfire on Avenue du Général-de-Gaulle in Saumur left one dead and one injured on Monday June 3. Thursday June 6, one of the young men involved in this murder case surrendered to the police, pushed by his relatives.
The young man in question is the one who started it all. After an altercation without physical violence in front of the kebab shop over a debt of around €80 to €100, he made a phone call.
The victim was a stranger to the settling of scores
A few minutes later, a man, gun in hand, got out of a car and fired several times, mortally wounding young Bilal Klikel, who had no knowledge of the debt affair. One of his friends, the one who demanded his dues, was seriously injured in one hand. The shooter then fled in the car, driven by a woman according to several testimonies.
The author of the fatal phone call fled on a scooter, as several witnesses observed and even filmed, before surrendering three days later.
