A collision with tragic consequences. When the firefighters and Smur arrived, the motorcycle driver was in cardio-respiratory arrest. Despite the efforts of the emergency services and a long attempt at resuscitation, the man, aged around sixty, unfortunately could not be resuscitated and died on the spot.

This new road tragedy occurs three days after a serious accident which occurred a few kilometers away, in Combourg.

Saturday June 22, around 4 p.m., a motorcycle and a car collided on the departmental road linking the town of Chateaubriand to Dol-de-Bretagne.

With the violence of the impact, the motorcyclist was thrown into the passenger compartment of the car. The 42-year-old man was hospitalized as an absolute emergency.
