Time is running out for the candidates. On this Sunday, June 23, the candidates for the legislative elections already have only one week left to campaign for the first round, organized on June 30. The second round will be organized on July 7, less than a month after the announcement of the dissolution of the National Assembly by Emmanuel Macron on June 9.

Many demonstrations this Sunday. After the first rallies this Saturday, new demonstrations against the far right are organized throughout the country this Sunday, at the initiative of feminist collectives. In Paris, the procession must set off at 2:30 p.m. Demonstrations are also planned in Rennes, Lyon, Lille and Strasbourg.

Media meetings. The traditional Sunday political broadcasts will obviously be devoted to the legislative election campaign. This afternoon, former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe will be on France 3 while his successor Gabriel Attal will be on RTL. BFMTV will welcome Yaël Braun-Pivet, the president of the dissolved National Assembly, and Louis Aliot, vice-president of the RN will be on France Inter.
