The Professional Football League (LFP) unveiled this Friday the 2024-2025 Ligue 1 calendar. The 18 clubs will compete over 34 days and 306 matches spread between August 18 and May 18, 2025.
This season, Auxerre, Angers and Saint-Étienne return to Ligue 1, while Lorient, Metz and Clermont are relegated to Ligue 2.

The Ligue 1 championship will resume action on Sunday August 18. The French champion Paris Saint-Germain travels to Le Havre. Brest, the runner-up, will host Marseille for the first shock of the season.
