Garmin has announced the first beta update for the Lily 2 Active smartwatch. This model launched in October as a health and fitness tracking device with built-in GPS. Beta 3.01 brings new functionality and other improvements to the product.

The changelog indicates that this software update supports the Auto Pause feature, which automatically pauses your time when you stop moving or slow down to a preset speed. Fixed bugs related to Garmin Coach and the sleep widget. Additionally, Garmin says it has fixed other UI issues, but does not provide further details. Beta 3.01 comes with Sensor Hub version 32.29, Text Languages version 3.01, and GCM Translations version 3.01.

This beta update for the Lily 2 Active smartwatch is sent automatically to eligible wearables. The company specifies that the wearable will check daily for the presence of the software. It's worth noting that the Gamin Lily 2 has its own beta program, the latest update of which arrived at the beginning of November. The Lily 2 Active is currently available on Amazon for $299.99.
