The fear that the new tenant of the White House will freeze aid to kyiv is real. And to seek to re-motivate his European interlocutors, worried about the paradigm shift. “We are counting on Europeans and others to firmly support Ukraine,” he insisted, as kyiv came under a Russian missile and drone attack.
