Notice is hereby given by the undersigned, general director and clerk-treasurer of the Hautes-Laurentides Fire and Civil Security Authority (RSICHL), which the Board of Directors of the Authority adopted at its meeting of 7 August 2024, a by-law bearing number 2024-07 decreeing an expenditure of $1,600,000 and a loan of $1,600,000 for the purchase of vehicles and fire protection equipment for the municipalities of Ferme-Neuve, Chute-Saint-Philippe, Lac-des-Écorces, Kiamika and Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain.
Any taxpayer from municipalities that are part of the Hautes-Laurentides Fire and Civil Security Authority (RSICHL) may object to the approval of the regulation by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing by sending their written opposition to the latter at during the 30-day period following publication of the notice.
By-law number 2024-07 is available for consultation at the secretariat of each of the member municipalities of the RSICHL as well as at the administrative office of the Régie, located at 133, rue Saint-Joseph, in Lac-des-Écorces.
