A player soon to return to the field?
Alberth Elis in La Prensa: “We are in a process with medical clearance to start training harder, run a little more and train closer to football. Then when I come back, see how I’m doing physically, how I’m feeling and see how it’s going. I no longer have medical treatment, now I just train. I have a physical trainer who helps me try to get as good as possible again before returning to France. In everything I did, I felt 100% and I hope to continue like that little by little while recovering from my level.”
“It was a miracle because the way I recovered was very fast”
“I don’t remember anything from that day or the next 2 weeks despite the fact that I woke up 4 days after the coma. I don’t remember those 2 weeks of recovery, the truth is I don’t remember them. For me and my family, these were difficult days. Today, maybe one doctor can say something, but another will say something else, the risk is already there because an injury like this carries a risk and no one can take it away. The doctor told me how everything had happened, that they had put me in a coma in the stadium, how my transfer to the hospital had gone, yes they told me everything, but as I I said, it was a miracle because the way I recovered was very fast. Many thought it would take many years to give an interview, but God has been very good to me and here I am speaking to you.”
