The bistro “L’Alchemin” in , run by chef Arnaud Collin, offers generous and authentic bistronomic cuisine. With a menu that changes every week to offer homemade dishes, inspired by the seasons.

Located in the heart of the Carré d'Or in Nice, the bistro “L'Alchemin” has quickly established itself as an essential address for lovers of bistronomy. At the head of the kitchen, the chef Arnaud Collin brings its refined know-how, the fruit of several experiences with big names in gastronomy. Former clerk of Ledoyen Pavilion sous Christian Lesquerthen sous chef for prestigious caterers Potel-Chabot and FauchonArnaud Collin also worked at Blue Bay Monaco with Marcel Ravin. He offers a generous cuisineunpretentious, which reflects his background and his taste for authentic flavors.

The menu evolves every week to the rhythm of the seasons. On the menu, three starters, three main courses and three entirely homemade desserts. Among the house's creations, gourmets can enjoy “Fish lasagna, spinach and lobster bisque”, or even “Ombrine accompanied by sweet potato in two textures”. The desserts, revisit French classics with a touch of modernity, like the “Amandine Pear Corner Tart” or the “Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brûlée”.

A warm experience

The warm setting of “L’Alchemin” is just as appreciated as the cuisine. Romain, service manager, ensures a friendly experience in a cozy and refined atmosphere. “With Romain, the first evenings of opening of L'Alchemin, we made two seats… we went around in circles laughing about it… Today, the restaurant is full for lunch and dinner”says the chef, happy with the rapid evolution of the restaurant since its opening.

Six months later, the establishment received the distinction Bib Gourmand du Guide Michelin. An honor which testifies to the success of Arnaud Collin's cuisine. The latter, driven by the desire to please, expresses his philosophy as follows: “Quality know-how, a dish that cannot be enjoyed at home, and simplicity… Today, I enjoy it when my customers are happy! »

But the chef does not intend to stop there. With his experience as a sous chef with Parisian caterers, Arnaud Collin would be well offered his services as a caterer.

In the meantime, to enjoy authentic and careful cuisine, the appointment is set at 14 Rue Maccarani, in Nice.
