Hard blow for Poland, opponent of the France team during the group stage of Euro 2024. Former OM player, Arkadiusz Milik (72 caps, 17 goals) will not be part of the game in Germany. The 30-year-old striker suffered knee contact with Ruslan Malinovskyi during his national team’s victory against Ukraine (3-1). The ax has fallen: he will not be able to play Euro 2024 as confirmed by his Federation. “The player will return to the club and will be forced to undergo knee arthroscopy,” specifies the body which governs Polish football.
