It’s a moment we’ve all been waiting for. Viewers, as candidates. The famous pole test. This evening, Tuesday June 4, 2024, the last three adventurers of Koh-Lanta, the immunity hunters will each climb on their pole and will have to stay there as long as possible. An event which, this year, was largely disrupted by the arrival of the typhoon. Who among Léa, Meïssa and Julie will be the last to remain perched? If the winner of the event is not necessarily the winner of the season, he nevertheless has a major advantage: that of choosing his opponent to face the votes of the final jury. According to our predictions, one person has almost every chance of winning.

Claude, climbed four times on the posts (but only once winning)

But while waiting for the launch of this final episode, let’s find the former winners of the poles event, all seasons combined. You will notice that, as stated above, these are not necessarily the winners of the season, regardless of certain viewers who find this rule unfair. So, Claude, mounted on the poles four times, only won the event once and was not yet named winner of the season. He nevertheless holds the record for the candidate to have taken the test the most times. Jade is the first candidate in the history of Koh Lanta to have won this event twice, during season 7, which she won, and during the special edition The return of the heroes where she was beaten in the final against Romuald.

Who stayed on the posts the longest?

This is Amel, who then won season 2 of Koh Lanta. She stayed 5 hours and 16 minutes on the posts and could perhaps have stayed there longer without the fall of his opponent Nicolas. The latter is therefore the second to hold the record, although he did not win the event. Next comes Jade (her again!), who spent 4h30 on the posts against Maryline in season 7 of Koh Lanta. The two candidates even had to be decided by standing on one foot (and it was Jade who won). When we think that some candidates did not exceed two minutes on the posts...

All the post winners in the history of Koh-Lanta

Knowing that this test did not exist during the first season (you had to keep your hand on the totem as long as possible and it lasted almost 9 hours), here is the complete list of winners (those in bold also have won the season):
