A motorcyclist died after leaving the road in Bécancour. The accident occurred Saturday around 2:45 p.m. while the man was traveling west on Chemin Leblanc.
According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the septuagenarian lost control of his motorcycle. No passengers accompanied him.
The man, whose identity has not been revealed, was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There S.Q. indicates that an investigation will be carried out to determine the causes of the accident.
