Arthur Cazaux. How much will he win from his tournament in Shenzhen?

Arthur Cazaux is in the final of the Shenzhen Challenger in China.

Seeded number 1 in the Shenzhen Challenger in China, Arthur Cazaux assumes his status as favorite. The tennis player, 87th player in the world, will play the final of the tournament this Sunday at dawn in French (around 5 a.m. here), facing the American Mackenzie McDonald, 137th in the ATP and seed number 5.

A little over €16,000 if he wins the Shenzhen Challenger

In the semi-final, Arthur Cazaux easily dismissed the local Yan Bai, in two sets, 6-4, 6-0. This success guaranteed him a minimum bonus of 10,730 dollars (9,866 euros) and 50 points in the world tennis rankings. But he can aim for much more, almost double, or 18,230 dollars (16,762 euros) promised to the winner, plus 100 ATP points.

A success would also allow him to see the possibility of qualifying directly in the big draw of the Australian Open 2025, where he produced his best career performance with a round of 16 loss against the Pole Hubert Hurkacz, but after having notably eliminated the Norwegian Ruune. This performance earned him 375 Australian dollars (231,317 euros), which constitutes the vast majority of his earnings for the 2024 season, at 734,968 euros in total for all his performances.
