Lack of speed and accuracy will prevent the Messins from having control over the match and, worse, a big error from Deminguet gave the Grenoblois the opener (1-0, 32nd).
Accustomed to giving up after scoring this season, the Messins have at least had the merit of reacting. But they were defeated by the Grenoble goalkeeper, Bobby Allain, usually a substitute, who deflected Hein’s shot onto the post (45th+1), then countered the recovery of Papa Amadou Diallo, author of a nice festival on the surface.
Then, it was Asoro who, by choosing a bad surface on his foot, missed a face to face with Allain (59th). Then it was Ibou Sané’s recovery which was saved on his line by a desperate return from Bangré (75th).
