As part of the development of the flood and marine submersion risk prevention plan for the municipalities of Erquy and Pléneuf-Val-André, a public information meeting is organized on Wednesday October 16, at 6 p.m., in Pléneuf-Val-André. Val-André, at the Guémadeuc multipurpose room.

Prescribed by prefectural decree on October 13, 2022 and supported by state services, this plan is being built in association with the community and in consultation with the population. It has currently entered phase 4: examination of the draft regulation and regulatory mapping.

Approval of the plan planned for early 2025

The overall scope of the study covers all of the watersheds of La Flora, L’Islet and Langourian, as well as the entire coastline of the territory of the two municipalities. Approval of the plan, after a public inquiry, is envisaged for “the beginning of 2025”, indicate the services of the Côtes-d’Armor prefecture.
