We can’t even say that they are reforming since, officially, FFF (for French Federation of Fonck) has never been separated. The fact remains that for twenty-three years, the rock-funk fusion group was silent, to say the least. Apart from a few appearances on stage and a single which foreshadowed from a long way (six years before…) the album released last year.

Still, this highly anticipated “I Scream” satisfied those who loved the group’s boundless energy. Now almost 60 years old, its members have kept the essentials without this record being a purely nostalgic object: “I Scream” undeniably brings something to the career of this band which counts in the soundtrack of the 1990s.

So yes, this tour is not the first since they have been increasing their appearances for almost ten years but it is the one which confirms the awakening of the force which mixes brass and big guitars.
