The race to the Moon is heating up, and NASA is thinking outside the box with a revolutionary idea: a lunar railway system. Forget bouncing rovers, imagine gliding trains silently traveling over the dusty plains! Here are 5 key things to know about this fascinating project that promises to transform lunar exploration.

1. Magnetic Levitation: NASA’s proposed system, dubbed “Flexible Levitation on a Track” (FLOAT), ditches traditional steel tracks for a more lunar-friendly approach.
