Sarthe: 10 injured in a series of car accidents at the end of the day

Three accidents of the road occurred, Wednesday May 8, at the end of the day, in Sarthe. In total, 10 people have been injured.

One of them took place on Highway A11to the height of Cormes, next to La Ferté-Bernardat 18h.

7 people injured on the A11

Three vehicles collided, in the direction of Paris-Le Mans. According to the Departmental fire and rescue service (Sdis), seven people, considered slightly injured, were treated. They were evacuated to the hospital centers of Le Mans and La Ferté-Bernard. In total, 27 firefighters were mobilized.

Traffic, traveling on two lanes, was slowed down during the emergency response. He was able to resume normally after 8 p.m.

Two other accidents at Le Mans and Changé

At the same time, at the end of the afternoon, another collision, involving three cars, was reported by Sdis to Manson the RD 323. Two people were slightly injured and hospitalized at the Pôle Santé Sud.

Finally, near Le Mans, at Exchangea car was involved in an accident on the RD 92. Results: one lightly injured, transported by firefighters to Le Mans hospital.

Difficult traffic until Sunday
