On the occasion of the inauguration of the first Renaissance office in Aude, Gabriel Attal, president of the Ensemble pour la République group and former Prime Minister, will be in on Sunday October 13.

It was only a week before the deadline that the news broke. Gabriel Attal, former Prime Minister and president of the Ensemble pour la République group, will travel to Carcassonne on Sunday October 13. A surprise arrival which will take place as part of the inauguration of a Renaissance departmental office. At first glance, the announcement may seem trivial but it is actually a first in Aude.

On the occasion of this event, the MP, as guest of honor, should arrive around 2 p.m. at the address of the new party premises launched by Emmanuel Macron in 2016: 18 rue Aimée Ramond.

Asked about this visit by the elected representative of the Republic, Christine Breyton, president of the Departmental Assembly of Renaissance in Aude revealed more: “Gabriel Attal is going to the prefectural city mainly for the inauguration of the office. He will also take the opportunity to meet viticulture officials, a subject to which he attaches certain importance.” Local elected officials will also be invited like Gérard Larrat, mayor of the town, or even “Gilles Icher”former delegate of the first UMP constituency of Aude. “We will also be able to count on the presence of members obviously but also of a group of young people not involved in the party but wishing to meet the former Prime Minister”underlines Christine Breyton.

If anyone wishes to speak with the MP, filtering will be carried out, the main person concerned being present “priority for permanence and having to leave afterwards”insists the president of the Departmental Assembly of Renaissance in Aude. To get there on the big day, registration is required. Identification will be required upon entry.
