Is your list resolutely part of a process of unity?
Absolutely, this is the very basis of our approach. We want to bring together football players who are ready to work to resolve the difficulties of Corsican football. This is not a theoretical discourse, but a pragmatic analysis taken from the field.

However, as the elections approach, the union does not yet seem to be a reality?
Indeed, the discussions we had did not create a total consensus. We still took our responsibilities by forming a list which brings together major clubs, such as the SCB, the ACA and the GFCA. Our goal is to exclusively serve Corsican amateur football, and I think our legitimacy cannot be disputed.

Some might speak of parochial quarrels…
That would be reductive. Our approach is not an opposition of people, but a broader vision of Corsican football. We are proposing an ambitious program to advance our discipline. Our differences are legitimate and we will explain them during a press conference where we will present the main axes of our program.

A validation issue has been raised regarding your list. What is the situation?
This is a point of regulation currently being examined by the competent committee. We remain confident in our legitimacy and the solidity of our vision for Corsican football. We will continue to follow all the necessary steps to be present during the elections.

Does your determination remain intact despite these setbacks?
Absolutely. We do not want to get lost in legal debates or personal rivalries. Our ambition is to give new impetus to Corsican football by highlighting the general interest, for all the clubs on the island, without distinction of status or category.
