Do you have questions about mental health, but you don’t dare walk through the door of an office? This Wednesday, come and discover a whole program of activities, discussions, and surprises. On the menu: exchanges with professionals, discovery workshops and friendly moments, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. For Fanny Prignon, this day is an opportunity to “open doors that we sometimes do not dare to go through. It is not because we ask for help that we are a bad parent or that we are doing badly, it is simply because we need support at some point.”
Mental health services, often little known, will welcome professionals and individuals by offering information sessions on their different approaches: relational psychomotor skills, parental guidance, social support, psychological monitoring, etc. Whether you are simply curious or already concerned , this is an opportunity to leave with a better understanding of the assistance available.
