On fixed-term employment contracts of up to 18 months in renewable four-month periods, 26 hours per week, they are supervised by three facilitators.

One of its members even travels on purpose to help Clotilde revise her code, after two failures. Another trainee was able to rent a scooter at a nominal price to reach his workplace as a maintenance worker in a municipality.

The association does not keep statistics on the future of its trainees, but Nathalie Louvel knows of many cases of trainees who have been able to find a job, provided they have followed the course to the end: “We have great successes. »
