A building was destroyed by fire, on the night of Sunday May 5 to Monday May 6, in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles. The firefighters prevented the spread to a fuel tank.

The fire started in a shed of around 150 m² last night, rue des Savoir-Faire in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles, east of Nantes. It contained various materials and construction equipment within an earthmoving company.
The firefighters were alerted shortly before 3 a.m., and sent 23 firefighters and six engines to the scene. There was fear of spread to a nearby fuel oil tank, as well as to gas cylinders. Firefighters used two hoses to extinguish the fire. The company’s activity is stopped for an indefinite period with a person on technical unemployment
