Is there a crisis (again) at Manchester United? Erik ten Hag’s team was also unable to win against Porto, for the fourth time in a row. Although United quickly took a 0-2 lead thanks to, among other things, a slalom from Marcus Rashford, the team then completely imploded. In the very last minute, Harry Maguire was able to save the match with a striking header.

lost 0-3 against Tottenham,
And now also 3-3 against Porto.
There is no improvement for the time being at Manchester United, which continues to falter both in Europe and in its own competition.
The same mistakes are made again and again, the game is always too weak and the criticism is increasing for Ten Hag, who made many promises after last year, but has not yet been able to fulfill them in the new season.
His house of cards also collapsed again against Porto. Although United took the lead after 20 minutes thanks to a nice solo goal from the substitute Marcus Rashford and a striker’s goal from Rasmus Højlund, United were unable to push through.
On the contrary, Pepê and deep striker Samuel Omorodion – after a pinball moment in the large rectangle – the scores were level again before half-time.
Up and about it? Yes, the home team had smelled blood and at times allowed United to run behind the ball like preminimums. Just ask Matthijs de Ligt, who was (too) easily fooled at 3-2.
To top it all off, captain Bruno Fernandes also became the mascot of the misery with his second red card in as many games.
But in the very last minute, Harry Maguire could still cover up the visitors’ implosion with a last-minute header goal.
Ten Hag and co. breathed a sigh of resolution, but will receive another storm of criticism in the coming days.
