The decree of September 24, 2024 published in the official journal of October 19, 2024 recognizes the state of natural disaster for 10 Gard municipalities, under natural disaster for a phenomenon of differential land movements resulting from drought and soil rehydration.

These are the following 10 municipalities:

  • Alès for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Bagnols-sur-Cèze for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Cardet for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Flows for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Lédignan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Méjannes-lès-Alès for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Orsan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Saint-Privat-des-Vieux for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Sardan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023
  • Vic-le-Fesq for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Affected persons have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of publication of this decree in the Official Journal to make their declaration to their insurance company(ies).
