Unusual accident yesterday in Saint-Denis-la-Chevasse where many firefighters took part in a rescue operation.
It was 6:16 p.m. when they were called to go to a place called l’Imbretière.
It was made clear to them that they were going to an aircraft accident.
The facts are proven:
Fall of a small aircraft after hitting a power line.
Safe and sound !
The accident left two victims, safe and sound. !
A 49-year-old man and another 73 were slightly injured in the crash of their plane.
They were transported to the CHD of La Roche-sur-Yon.
Power outage
300 homes were impacted by the power outage which was quickly restored by Enedis agents.
Codis85 (Departmental fire and rescue operational center) engaged 21 firefighters on the operation, from the rescue centers of La Roche-sur-Yon, L’Herbergement, Montaigu-Vendée, Rocheservière, Saint-Denis the Cope.
