An investigation into intentional homicide was entrusted to the Orléans judicial police and the territorial directorate of the national police of Indre, when Matisse died of his injuries. The autopsy will say, in the voice of the Bourges prosecutor, that “death resulted from the existence of several puncture wounds […] Among these wounds, one reached directly the heart”.

Monday April 29. At the end of the two police custody periods, the investigating judge indicted the minor for murder, at the request of the Bourges public prosecutor’s office, and ordered his incarceration. The mother was indicted for “intentional violence not resulting in total incapacity for work with the circumstance that the acts were committed against a vulnerable person” and placed under judicial supervision.
The investigation is now continuing to “clarify the origin of the brawl and the personality of the author who had no convictions on his criminal record but who was under examination […] of theft with violence in a meeting and placed under judicial supervision (since April 22, 2024) »indicated the Bourges prosecutor.
