Laurent Ruquier lifts the veil on the cause of his weight loss
The host lost several kilos following a television experience. He revealed it to our colleagues at Leisure TVthis is his involvement in the show The traitors who has led to weight loss. It must be said that the host took his role of traitor very seriously. Although he was able to count on the presence of his companion in the show, the filming was very intense for the former star of France 2.
Designated a traitor from the start of the program, along with Frédérique Bel and Crazy Sally, Laurent Ruquier was able to integrate Hugo Manos into his team. Over the course of the episodes, the couple managed to eliminate all candidatesuntil ending up in the final alongside Studio Danielle.
If they won the show, Laurent Ruquier and Hugo Manos were deeply marked by the filming of Traitors. The two men even discussed physical changes appeared following their participation in the program.

After being crowned program winnersthe couple was able to share 42,500 euros, acquired during the game. This sum will be donated to several associations, defended by the candidates of the show. But if they were delighted to win the bet, Hugo Manos and Laurent Ruquier experienced other difficulties during filming.
“It took us at least 48 hours to recover. It was very complicatedthe pressure must fall“, explained Laurent Ruquier. While the recording of the show only lasted a few days, Hugo Manos and his companion showed a clear weight loss.
“I lost four kilos, so I was very happy“, revealed the investigator of Mask Singer. An unplanned weight loss, but welcome for the host who wanted to lighten up a little. As for Hugo Manos, he also had to face a huge weight loss. “I lost a lot of weight, I was swimming in my pants“, he explained. Fortunately, since the end of filming, the two men have been able to return to their habits and finally release the pressure.
