It is organized on Saturday April 27 at Bettex and Saint-Nicolas de Véroce.
The objective is therefore obviously to collect the waste present on different localized sites, in order to sort it and throw it in appropriate places. The meeting is at 8:30 a.m. under the Carillon in front of the ESF at Bettex or in front of the ESF at Saint-Nicolas de Véroce. A first waste collection was already held last weekend in Fayet and Saint-Gervais. Last year, more than a ton of waste was removed from nature in the region.

Always concerned about protecting its environment, the town of Saint-Gervais MontBlanc is committed to the planet and has organized a major waste collection campaign every year for almost twenty years.
Labeled two “green flakes” for its numerous environmental commitments, Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc welcomes all volunteers on Saturday April 20, 2024 at Fayet and Saint-Gervais and Saturday April 27, 2024 at Bettex and Saint -Nicolas de Véroce for two long days of collecting. An important event, which made it possible in 2023 to remove more than a ton of waste from nature.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Saturday April 27
THE BETTEX/ SAINT-NICOLAS DE VEROCE
8:30 a.m.: Meet under the Carillon in front of the ESF at Bettex or in front of the ESF in Saint-Nicolas de Véroce with a shopping bag and gloves for the coffee reception and briefing
9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.: Waste collection at localized sites.
11:00-11:45 a.m. : Gathering in front of the ESF of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce.
At the end of the collection, a “zero waste” buffet will be organized to share a moment of conviviality.
