A withdrawal that the Paris commercial court decided to validate this Tuesday afternoon, by dismissing the presenter against the radio management.

“This is an obvious disappointment for the Be Aware company (the Cauet production company) and we are obviously considering appealing against this decision which authorizes the lapse of contracts in the face of a media storm”, announced to the Parisian Mr. Frédéric Lamoureux.

At the time of the opening of a preliminary investigation for “rape of a minor over 15 years old” and “rape” against him, the host, who denies the facts, and the radio had mentioned a decided withdrawal ” from a common agreement “. But since then, Cauet had decided to demand his return to the airwaves.

On March 18, a hearing took place at the same Paris commercial court, during which the host demanded the execution of the contract signed between his production companies and the station, which provides for the daily broadcast of the show “C’Cauet”. A show that he has been broadcasting since 2010 (with an interruption in 2017-2018).
