HASn the first quarter of 2024, Belgium experienced a 7.3% drop in real estate sales compared to the first quarter of 2023, according to the Federation of Notaries (Fednot). Average house and apartment prices increased slightly compared to the 2023 annual average, but due to inflation, prices decreased by 0.6% for houses and 1% for apartments.
