The new campaign to encourage Biterrois to sort selectively in the Agglo Béziers Méditerranée, displayed on buses circulating in Biterrois since Saturday January 4, is illustrated by the photo of the trio Kim Jong-Un (North Korea), Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Ali Khamenei (the “supreme guide” of the Islamic revolution in Iran).
Here is a waste sorting campaign on the Agglomeration buses which does not go unnoticed… On the contrary, it has loosened the tongues of the Biterrois since Saturday January 4.
On the buses, written in white letters on a red background, is written: “Don't forget to sort the waste.“So far, everything seems normal. Except that the community has chosen, to illustrate the theme of waste sorting, a trio of the most”friendly“: Kim Jong-Un (North Korea), Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Ali Khamenei (the “supreme guide” of the Islamic revolution in Iran)! Just that!
“A campaign in the Charlie spirit”
Some Biterrois appreciate it, others much less, others are surprised. But why this choice on the part of the president, Robert Ménard? “I wanted a campaign in the Charlie spirit. We’re not going to cry about these tyrants, right?” Yes, but they are qualified as “waste”… “And what are they? Respectable people, to be treated with respect? The Charlie spirit is not to commemorate things but to have the same audacity and to call a dictator, a dictator, a tyrant, a tyrant. And that will talk about sorting!”
