In the Star Academy daily broadcast on Saturday January 4, 2025, viewers were amused to discover the pass of arms between Charles and Ulysses. Both were gently attacking each other's physiques.
Between Charles and Ulysses, it is a great story of friendship. However, they never hesitate to gently tease each other and tell each other their truths. For example, while the subject of household chores comes up on numerous occasions at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys, Ulysses had a fit of rage when he saw the dishes overflowing in the sink: “Charles thinks I'm an idiot, it was up to him to clean it up, he didn't clean anything up!”he blurted, before driving the point home again:“The sink is full, he hasn’t even emptied the dishwasher”. An altercation which, fortunately, was quickly resolved within the castle.
On another occasion, Ulysse had reframed his comrade when he mentioned his relationship with Marine. But more recently, it was Ulysses who was teased by Charles. In the daily broadcast this Saturday, January 4, 2025, the Academicians went to the Plaine-Saint-Denis studio to rehearse before the last bonus before the semi-final of the program.

And while all the nominees, namely all the candidates except Ebony seemed to be ready to defend their place with energy, for his part, Charles didn't seem comfortable. “I'm in trouble, brother” announced the young Breton to a very laughing Ulysses. “What do you have?”, he asks her. “I don't know. We arrived from the studio, I fell asleep in the car, I woke up, I was so sick”, continued Charles, before questioning his friend: “I have a bad face, you can tell.” “No but you have a bad face every day” Ulysses responded straight away, who was tackled late: “That's it, you think you're Brad Pitt”. The sprinkler watered!
