Toulouse. This restaurant devours the competition in the ranking of the best in France according to The Fork

For the second year in a row, the famous online restaurant reservation platform The Fork has established its ranking of 100 best catering establishments in France. This year, The Cannerylocated in Toulouse, climbs to 13th place in the ranking.

An intimate restaurant

With his unique eight-course menuthe Conserverie stands like a restaurant intimate and renowned in the Carmes district in Toulouse. A concept which will therefore have earned it a place among 99 other French restaurants, some of which are starred in the Michelin guide, like Marsan, Hélène Darroze's restaurant located in Paris, which ranks 7th in the ranking.

A ranking of customers

“This ranking highlights tables that have received verified positive reviews from our community. From large, popular restaurants to establishments in smaller towns, this is a ranking that is closest to the preferences of the French,” explained, during the first edition of the ranking, Damien Rodière, general manager of The Fork Western Europe to Actu Toulouse.

From 99th to 13th place

Last year, the Cannery had already entered the Top 100. But it was at the very bottom of the list, in the penultimate place that it stood. This year, it is thanks to ever tastier cuisine that the restaurant is at the top of the list, in 13th place.

A great comeback which will undoubtedly bring a certain reputation to the restaurant.
