“Today was a must win.” After the mocking 2-2 with Fiorentina (eleventh draw in the league out of 18 games, 21st in the calendar year), Thiago Motta does not hide his bitterness. “We had to close the game – regrets a Sky -: we didn't do it and we left our opponents the chance to stay alive until the end. Today we had to win and close the match.” For the Juventus coach the main problem was not, as in other circumstances, the attitude, but the aiming errors of his attackers. “I don't believe in bad luck – it's clear -. We certainly need to improve our precision, because we created and had chances. And that's where the difference makes: if the ball goes in, the game ends. Thiago Motta, however, spares no compliments to his team for the way they played the second half, after finding the momentary 2-1 in the 48th minute. “The idea is to continue attacking and look for the third goal and not close in and try not to take it: only then would we have been able to manage better – he reiterates -.
