Juventus no longer knows how to win. The Juventus club, in fact, despite remaining the only unbeaten team in our championship, collected yet another draw, which came at the last minute in the home match against Venezia. At the end of the match, Juventus coach Thiago Motta spoke at the press conference to try to explain the difficult moment his team is experiencing.

A draw, yet another this season, has made Juventus’ situation even worse, as they currently find themselves in sixth place in the league table. Thiago Motta’s team no longer knows how to win, especially within the friendly walls of the Allianz Stadium, where, yesterday, they recorded their sixth draw of the season. At the end of the match, the fans decided to protest the team, due to the discontinuity of play and results.

Immediately afterwards, the Juventus coach, Thiago Motta, tried to explain to the press the reason for this crisis: “The part of the pitch is the most difficult thing to improve, it is the phase where the difference is made. You have to think faster, you have to do things with different pace changes. We did well when we found spaces. We have seen that on the contrary we have more difficulties. It’s not about dominating the game, it’s about winning it. If one team wants to defend and the other too, we put the ball in the middle and then you touch and I touch. So we don’t get anywhere.”

“We cannot be happy with our moment in the championship after a match like today, with the result that is not what we are looking for against a team that did its job, defended well. At this moment we needed to give a better performance and a different result. Up until now we have had difficulties against closed teams. I also expect Cagliari to play a match like this.”

And on the Vlahovic case

In the final stages of the conference, the former Bologna coach also spoke about the situation linked to Dusan Vlahovic, who was bitterly contested by the fans after the match: “In the end the public has the freedom to express its emotions. The boy is the first to want to change the situation, these things happen. Let’s hope this can change in the future. Fans have the freedom to express themselves. But think of you in your job saying something that is not what they want to hear and they come out to insult you, you wouldn’t like it. Dusan wants to change the situation, the public is free to express its feelings. We must remain united for the good of Juventus.”
