From the second week, the actor would have started giving her insistent kisses near the lips before offering her an intimate relationship by inviting her to his home. Faced with her refusal and the mention of their age gap, Gérard Darmon would have changed his attitude, calling her by degrading terms like “female dog” or “little slut”. A heavy atmosphere then sets in, deeply impacting the young woman. Despite the seriousness of the facts reported, Gérard Darmon continues to deny outright and minimize the accusations.

For her part, Judith Godrèche spoke on the subject during her appearance on the show “Quotidien” on Friday November 29, 2024. Invited to promote her short film “Me Too”, the indicted actress was questioned on this affair and praised the courage of the women who dare to testify. “It is essential that people speak out, but there remains a lot of fear,” she confided, referring to the ten women initially contacted for the investigation who would have preferred to remain silent. According to her, the pressures are omnipresent: “When it comes to a well-known, established personality who holds power, the victims fear for their career or fear legal proceedings.”
