It was an argument between the two students which triggered the attack, in a classroom at the Edgar Quinet high school in Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain). It was 10 a.m. this Monday, November 25, when a 15-year-old student attacked a classmate with scissors to the neck.
The victim was only slightly injured but was nevertheless transferred to hospital. His attacker was arrested, the rectorate told AFP.
Fabrice Pannekoucke, President of the regional council, competent in the management of high schools, announced that he would go there.
