Coming to present a major upcoming show in honor of women's rights, Muriel Robin was invited to the set of C à vous on November 22. Present alongside her partner Anne Le Nen, she spoke with sincerity about all kinds of subjects, such as her passion for cooking or her feminist commitment.
Of course, she could not avoid the subject of Pierre Palmade either. Asked about her former friend who received a two-year prison sentence, she was also firm. And Muriel Robin (finally) revealed her truth about her broken friendship with her ex-stage sidekick. “I answer that first of all it is not because Pierre Palmade caused an accident that I ended our friendship, because one does not let go of a friend, obviously, and Pierre, I did not never let go. For thirty years I was at his side”she began.
Continuing, she spoke of the promises of eternal love that she made for a long time to Pierre Palmade: “I said it several times in interviews, basically, I told him 'you can do whatever you want to me, I'll always be here, I'll always love you.' I wanted to give him this somewhat absolute love. Why, I don't know. Maybe this is the love I wanted to be given. »

Still, this friendship ended up breaking up. On the set of C à vous, Muriel Robin explained why: “In the context of the accident, I heard and saw things that were unacceptable to me. And that justifies my position today. »
Without dwelling on the unacceptable things heard and seen, the actress and comedian wanted to emphasize one aspect of her personality: her loyalty. “I’m not a quitter. That, I think (…) you can clearly see that I am quite square. If I give up, it’s because I have reasons to give up. That's all”, she concluded, a bit mysteriously.
