The investigation – which was initially opened for involuntary injuries – was reclassified as homicide and involuntary injuries, added the prosecution.

The circumstances of the tragedy still unclear

The terrible accident occurred on Thursday November 21 on the A6B motorway near Hay-les-Roses (Val-de-Marne).
