At a young age, Patrick Timsit left Algeria, where he was born, to settle in France with his parents. While attending school in the Paris region, he made them miserable because of his behavior. So much so that he attended five high schools. School really wasn't for him, so he made a career in real estate before switching to comedy. He then launched into the theater where he began to do one-man shows. Thanks to these meetings, Patrick Timsit rose to the surface and is today one of the greatest French actors. As for his career as a comedian, he decided to put an end to it in December 2020. And there is no question of him turning back. “This time, we are on a final farewell in the one-man show. It's the fear of seeing too much, the fear of not being inspired anymore (…) I prefer to be told 'why are you stopping? Are you sure?', rather than 'yeah, it's good to stop, we had to'”, he explains before concluding, “I stopped before I was advised to do so.“
